Returns / Shipping
SHIPPING:
US Standard Delivery -
US orders are sent 1st class, and generally arrive within 1-5 working days of dispatch.
US Express Delivery.
Express orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Delivery. Your order will arrive within 1-3 working day from the shipping date.
International Standard Orders.
International orders are sent via USPS or DHL, which can take around 4-14 working days, sometimes sooner, sometimes later depending on the customs of the destination country. There is no tracking with this service.
*Please note that buyers are responsible for any duties and customs charges that may be incurred. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs office.
RETURNS
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
